Rules of Procedure

1. Inquiries must be written in English and run between 3 and 500 characters.
2. All proceedings are public. Do not include names, addresses, phone numbers or anything else you would not pin to a public notice board.
3. The Directorate declines inquiries outside its jurisdiction. This includes harassment, hate, threats, sexual content and questions about private individuals.
4. Each citizen receives a small daily allotment of inquiries. Citizens who sign in receive a larger one.
5. When the day's appropriation runs out, the Directorate goes into recess until 00:00 UTC.
6. Rulings are written by AI. They are satire and should not be taken as advice. They do not represent the views of any government.
7. Any session may be reported. A clerk reviews each report and may remove the session from the public record.
